Metro West Realty Orlando Launches

With so much sales activity in the MetroWest area of Orlando, it seemed only right that MetroWest have its very own real estate website. Launched to focus on all aspects of the MetroWest real estate sub-division, the site features separate sections for single family residences and condominiums.
“The portal’s main focus is single family homes in MetroWest,” says Burke, the site’s developer. “But with Metro West being ground zero for Orlando’s condo crash, it was hard to ignore condos altogether, so we created a separate section for MetroWest condominium sales.”
The Metrowest website features a direct feed for the Orlando MLS (Multiple Listing Service) which means buyers and sellers can browse Metro West real estate availability in the comfort of their homes. “Buyers and sellers today are more educated,” says Burke. “They like to browese by themselves, and allowing them to come up with their own short list (which they can save) means that we only show them the units that truly interest them.”
